1.) How to permanently delete your Facebook account.
I got this information after actually e-mailing Facebook.
Before that I had tried tons of other solutions that didn't work.

If you do not think you will use Facebook again and you would like to delete your account, you can do this yourself by taking the following steps:
1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Visit the Security section of the Help Center by following this link:
http://www.facebook.com/help.php?topic=delete
3. Click the "I want to permanently delete my account" link toward the bottom of the page. Follow the steps displayed.
A date will now be set for your account to be deleted. The date will be shown when you try to log in again. Please keep in mind that once your account is deleted, you will not be able to reactivate the account or retrieve any of the content or information you have added.
